A shout-out to Ed the carpenter. He seemed awesome, and if they ever have a show called "Top Carpenter," Ed should be on it.

Hello Matt,
Your designs and your smile lifted my spirits on my Jetblue flight from Syracuse New York to JFK. I think it was the first time I smiled in several days, (and I will get to that in a minute), because I knew you would win. I knew it with the leather tiles. Unfortunatly the signal was going in and out so I did not get to see your chef's table. On the next flight from JFK to San Juan Puerto Rico we saw a little more of Bravo, and the signal went out again. I also knew you would win the loft contest, for many reasons to numerous to mention here. Excuse my spelling, it is late and I have not slept in days. See, during my short Easter vacation to Syracuse New York, my beloved brother Tim killed himself. This was not the plan, my daughter and I took a short trip to get a break before entering the interior design installation phase of a 24 unit two bedroom Condo Hotel on the Island of Culebra. Please Matt, I know you did not mean it when you said you would "kill yourself". You should set up a foundation for depressed people, many of which are very creative. Also depressed people should be offered more creative peaceful spaces, made possible by their overstressed care givers, (as have been twice now). Matt I am dead seroius. I was a world champion, twice, in Womens Freestyle Windsurfing. Judged events are never objective, however you did deserve to win. Contact me at lisapenfield@bahiamarina.net and lets get started on cleaning up what happened with the "killing yourself remark" and in the process help many depressed creative people that due to your efforts will live on and live full creative lives. You will be wealthy son, so you should set up the foundation TODAY and make your win create not only a beautiful space inside buildings but beautiful spaces inside so many suffering peoples minds.
