The garage design was challenging on many levels. Carisa was severely criticized by the judges for not being a TEAM player. Wasn't the office an important part of the project? She took it on when the project manager dropped the ball and didn't officially assign anyone to that task. It would have been such a glaring mistake to have ONLY focused on the garage and left the tool shed untouched! If it wasn't for Carisa who would have done anything to the office? She saved the day! Recognize it and acknowledge it people.

Looks like they are judging by age and not talent.
Well, John & Lisa stunk to high heaven, Elizabeth, Heather and Felicia were impressive. IMHO

In todays world everyone wants a break! Business owners and employees alike have to pull extra hours if one of their employees does not understand the importance of teamwork, they have to become one unit. The contestants do not understand that when their challenge is to do a room by themselves with the help of the carpenter, they are in charge, but when the contestants are paired with another designer then they need to become one unit, with the client first, the unit second.Be willing to listen to your teammate they may have a good idea.If you know that the bad decision of one of the teammates will knock you off the show then tell them why you think it is a bad decision, they may listen to you.It is sad that some are being knocked off the show before they have had a chance to show their own workmanship.Maybe if the show directors would put them in their own project first before they put them into a team they would be more able to decide which participant was the actual downfall of the team.
