Margaret was concerned where one would sit in a room like this, but Alexis assured her that the swing was above the sandbox was indeed comfortable. Jonathan liked that it captured Alexis' personality. |
 | What the judges said: The judges were unimpressed that Lisa and Heather were $10,000 under budget. Margaret said that she couldn't see a room like this getting published in Elle Decore. Kelly felt as though the theme was too close to that of a Chinese restaurant. All agreed that this did not represent Alexis' personality at all. |

The judges felt that there wasn't enough attention to detail, such as the absence of ascessories on the table, and that there were too many pillows in the room. |
