Top Design - Andrea
Andrea won the Top Design by winning the model challenge of how to decorate the Bell family's garage. She was the Team Leader while all the other designers acted as her minions, bringing her garage vision to life. She won immunity from being eliminated, but had to tell the judges which designers were a help or a hindrance. She definitely told them without reservation what she thought. Anything to help the elimination process move more swiftly, right Andrea?

Voted off - Ryan
Ryan ended up getting eliminated, ironically for not doing more graphics on the garage wall. But didn't he get spanked for doing too many graphics in episode 2?

A rebel just can't win.

Erik

Erik got himself off the chopping block by doing a window treatment that took him 20 minutes, and the judges loved his improvised creativity. He also helped Michael with choosing curtains that were hideous and the judges hated. However, their short attention span had them liking the windows and forgetting everything else that Erik helped with.

Goil
Goil was Andrea's "go-to" person for a lot of the execution. He referred to himself as a "mini-me" for Andrea, and laughed hard at his own joke in the white room. The judges reacted with the awkward silence and eyebrow raises that speak for themselves. Andrea had no problem telling the judges that Goil took too long with making a dog bed that was constructed, instead of just using a dog pillow and calling it good. Maybe Andrea didn't think he was as much of a "mini-me" as he did.

Matt

Matt "took on the maid role enthusiastically" by organizing all of the Bell's crap into tubs. He got reamed for only organizing, and not "composing" his organization into design. Matt did a good job of trying to keep everyone working, and scolded Carisa for not being more active in the garage and spending too much time on her own project in the shed.

Erik

Michael got in trouble for hating the color of the curtains that Andrea chose, but not saying anything about it. Jonathan Adler said that Michael "has never met a shade of grape that he didn't like."

Michael was condemned for following what Andrea wanted and not having a voice.

Carisa
Carisa took on the office by herself and worked to make it look the best that it could in the time that she was given. This was also not good enough for the judges, and Andrea called her a "slacker" for spending so much time on that project, and not settling for the shed looking just ok, like the garage.

Carisa was condemned for not following what Andrea wanted and for having a voice.
